Easter Joy and blessings to you!!
In March, Messy Church spent time thinking about God's ways of looking after us .... and how we can care for each other. .
We learnt that Mothering Sunday was a time to care for mums and grandmas and all those people who take care of us at different times.
Craft activities included - making paper flowers, iced buns, celebration and thank you cards. PLUS a bit of pampering for hands and nails.
this self-care is important if we are to be helpful and caring to others..
We also had a short Celebration.and we shared a meal.
In February we painted this amazing orange picture - when it was dry, the hidden masking tape was peeled off to reveal a glorious cross! You can see it displayed in the church windows over this Easter week. Thank you for making it.
